Michael grew up on a working cattle and dryland wheat ranch outside of Ulm, Montana on the Smith River. Growing up on a ranch presented him with experiences that gave him the knowledge and awareness of various farming and ranch aspects. Michael is proud to carry on family traditions of honesty, integrity, and hard work. His upbringing instilled in him an appreciation for the land, what it has to offer and the importance of conservation. Michael guided hunters for several years and since 2012 Michael and his business partner have owned a successful outfitting company in the Castle Mountains in White Sulphur Springs, Montana. Michael and his family raise rodeo timed event stock and stay active putting on several rodeos a year.
All of this allows him to combine his experiences of hunting, conservation of wildlife and their habitat, land conservation, cattle ranches, and farming operations into first-hand knowledge for both buyers and sellers. Michael, his wife; Darci, and children; Logan, Gavin, Karter, and Korbyn call Helena home. You will most likely find them working on the ranch, rodeoing, or enjoying basketball or football games!
